Frequently Asked Questions . . .

How long will it take for me to receive my frames?

After your order has been placed, it takes between 5-7 business days for us to build your frame(s) at which point we then ship them to you. Once your frames are shipped you will receive an email notification with shipment tracking information.

What shipping company do you use?

In most cases, we use FedEx Ground shipping. However, if you only have a PO box address we will make an exception and ship using USPS.

What is included with your frames?

Each frame comes with an acid-free foam board backing, hanging hardware and glazing. (Glass for frames 11x14 and smaller / Acrylic for frames larger than 11x14) We will discount your frame price if you would like to purchase a frame without any of the "extras" that are included. Please email us to determine your discount.

What does it mean that your frames are handmade?

Each frame is completely handmade from start to finish. We start with stock lumber and mill it to create each frame detail. After cutting each frame to size, we assemble the frames and finish them after they are put together. This creates our "furniture grade" frames and sets us apart from the "run-of-the-mill" frame shop.

How do I determine what size frame to order?

The best way to determine the correct frame size is by measuring the width and height of your artwork. This will also be the size of the glass or acrylic that comes with your frame. These are the measurements you will input when placing your order.

Do you have a gallery that I can visit?

While we don't have a traditional retail store, you can stop by to see our gallery at 5650 North Washington St, Unit C-10, Denver, CO 80216. Please email us ahead of time to schedule an appointment.

Please feel free to email us with any additional questions you have.
